Automatic Plant Irrigation System by KEPTBUG TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd

We at KEPTBUG TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd is providing Automatic Plant Irrigation System

Here is a simple project more useful in watering plants automatically without any human interference. We may call it as Automatic plant irrigation system. We know that people do not pour the water on to the plants in their gardens when they go to vacation or often forget to water plants. As a result, there is a chance to get the plants damaged. This project is an excellent solution for such kind of problems.

Circuit is not that much complicated. We use the basic concept in this circuit i.e. soil have high resistance when it is dry and has very low resistance when it is wet.

By using this concept we will make the system work. We insert two probes in the soil in such a way that that they will conduct when the soil is wet and they will not conduct when the soil is dry. So, when the probes do not conduct, system will automatically detect this condition with the help of HEX inverter which will become high when the input is low.

HEX inverter will trigger the NE555 Timer and this NE555 timer will trigger another NE555 which is connected to the output of first NE555. Now the second NE555 which is configured as Astable Multivibrator will help to switch on the Electric valve and as result, it will allow the water to flow to the soil.

When the water wet the soil, probes will again conduct and make the output of 7404 low which will make the first NE555 to low and also drive remaining circuit to low. So, automatically it will switch off the valve.

Bipolar LED Driver Circuit by KEPTBUG TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd

We at KEPTBUG TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd is providing  Bipolar LED Driver Circuit

A Bi color LED is a special type of LED consists of two diodes connected in inverse direction to each other inside a package. A bi color LED generally consists of three terminals- a common pin and two separate pins. The common pin can be connected to ground if it is a common anode LED or connected to +5V supply, if it is a common cathode. However there is another type of bi color LED with two terminals. The device functions as per the positive signal given to one of the terminals. For instance for a green and red bi color LED, a positive signal at the green terminal and negative signal at red terminal ensures the green LED to be forward biased and red LED to be reverse biased. This causes the green light to flash. Same is the case for the red LED. However if both the terminals are given negative signals, neither of the diodes would conduct and the device would remain off.  If positive signal is applied to both the terminals, a different color, based on the combination of the LED colors, would flash.

Bidirectional Visitor Counter using 8051 Microcontroller by KEPTBUG TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd

We at KEPTBUG TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd is providing Bidirectional Visitor Counter using 8051 Microcontroller

This article describes the design and working of a bidirectional visitor counter. The main intention is to design a system wherein the number of persons entering or leaving a room is displayed on a screen. When a person enters the room, count would be increased, whereas on leaving, the count would decrease. IR sensing mechanism is used to sense the presence of visitors and the whole counting operation is done by a microcontroller.

Bidirectional Visitor Counter Circuit Principle:

The circuit works on the principle of IR sensing. Two sets of IR sensors consisting of an IR LED and photo transistor are placed at two ends. Output from each sensor is fed to the microcontroller. In normal operation, IR light from the LED would fall on the photo transistor and the latter would conduct. The output from the sensor would be a logic low signal in this case. In case of any interruption (due to any person crossing the path), the photo transistor would cease to conduct or conduct less and the output from the sensor would be a logic high signal. The transition from low to high, for each sensor pair is detected by the microcontroller and accordingly the count would be increased or decreased.

Fingerprint Authenticated Device Switcher

Fingerprint_security_image1

Kept Bug Technologies Pvt ltd is providing Fingerprint Authenticated Device Switcher.

We come across areas where we need to switch no device for a particular user as soon as he enters. The device could be his PC,FANS,LIGHTS, etc. For this purpose we intoduce a fingerprint based switcher device project. The system switches on device for a particular user automatically on sensing him through his fingerprint scan. For this we use a fingerprint scanner interfaced to a MICROCONTROLLER based circuit. As soon as a person enters he/she is allowed to scan his/her finger on the scanner. On scanning the data is sent to the MICROCONTROLLER based on this data the scanned copy is now verified for authentication. If the user is verified the MICROCONTROLLER will switch on a device (light) to indicate as the users verification.

GSM based Industry Protection System

Kept Bug Technologies Pvt ltd is providing GSM based Industry Protection System

These days the number of industries as well as number of accidents in those industries have increased substantially in heavy automation industry. Human errors and manual safety systems lead to increase in industrial accidents. So here we introduce a GSM based industrial protection system that detects smoke, temperature as well as light to keep track of accidents. This system needs to detect if the temperature of a machine or environment goes above a certain level, it is an reason of a malfunctioning. So we use a temperature sensor to detect a possible accident. Next indication is the malfunctioning or overloading of machines leading to smoke and light. We use smoke detectors to detect smoke and similarly a light sensor to detect light due to spark or any flash that is the reason for malfunctioning. All these indicators/sensors constantly provide their input to the MICROCONTROLLER connected to them. The microcontroller constantly processes this data. On encountering a warning signal from any of these sensors the MICROCONTROLLERS now communicate this data to a GSM modem interfaced to it and send out an SMS message to intended user as a warning for the maifunctions.
